I'm a software engineer that went the other way. I started out developing, as many others, but after internships in Google and Facebook in the USA, and a couple years at Wolox. After that, I started teaching at ITBA, one of the most prestigious Engineering schools in Buenos Aires, and became a Team Manager at Wolox, where I was exposed to very diverse groups of people. After two years I caught myself liking more making people grow inside my teams than building products. Then is when I discovered that what my passion really is: building teams and empowering people that can overtake any challenge. Now I lead the People Care team at Wolox (what would kind of be the RRHH team in an other company), which's objective is to build an keep a culture that makes everybody feel like they can speak up and make a change.
