I would like this workshop to be conversational and interactive, with some time allotted to break into smaller groups and brainstorm/sketch ideas. My topic is how to create a new innovative digital journalism team from the ground up, and I'll kick things off based on what I've learned doing just that over the past year for Condé Nast Int'l, specifically Vogue, working with teams both internally and in 11 different countries around the world.
